In summer the house keeps its coolness, thanks to it exterior walls of massive stone.

Outside the house is a charming tunnel with shade from vines. There is also a large table outside, and a barbeque. This makes LA VIEILLE GRANGE an ideal place to spend time enjoying the company of friends.

There is a large fenced garden (1850 squ m) with has been tastefully landscaped.The pool is 8 m x 4 m, with chaises longues and parasols. The pool is also fenced with a wrought iron fencing.

LA VIEILLE GRNAGE has a large living room with exposed stone walls, a high ceiling with the original beams, and a large bay window opening onto the garden. The furnishing are from the period, with the television concelaled in a corner piece of furniture.

There are 2 sofas, including a clic-clac which can be used as a sleeping accommodation.

The dining room easily has space for 8, with a window overlooking the terrace. Again, the armoise and buffet are from the period. The decor is superb.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen, decorated with taste and with every comfort, including a dishwasher and extra large stove. It includes an eating area for 6. There is also a large table with a zinc top, ideal for food preparation.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, of which 2 have double beds, and the third is a large room with 4 single beds. There is also a clic-clac in the living room (130 x 190 cm).

There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, with the toilet separated from the bathroom on the upper floor.

There is also a garage for 3 cars, plus a large parking area separated from the house and garden.

Plus there is the terrace with its tunne and patio furniture,the landscaped garden and the wonderful private pool.
